Jeff Cotrupe presented the 2012 Best Practices Award for Technology Innovation in Customer Engagement Platforms to Sitecore at Sitecore Symposium 2012 in Las Vegas. Cotrupe made the presentation to Sitecore USA President Bjarne Hansen. Also at the event, Cotrupe interviewed Sitecore CEO Michael Seifert.
